Thanksgiving 2000 

The butcher of J-Tree.  Linda Shen goes to work on the frozen turkey with an axe.  We cooked the turkey by grilling and baking pieces of it.  We also had steaks for appetizer; yams, fresh made cranberry sauce, and green beans for side dishes; followed by pumpkin pie for dessert.  Photo:  Nat Chotinun.
