Animated GIF of June 10, 2002 Partial Eclipse from San Jose, CA.   

The entire sequence covered the first contact at 5:06 P.M. PDT to last contact at 7:19 P.M. PDT.  Ninety-two pictures were taken at roughly 10 minutes interval to show the Moon's progress across the Sun.   

Equipment used:  Nikon Coolpix 950 digital camera, shutter priority, 1/125 sec.  Camera was attached to a spotting scope using Scopetronix Adaptaview-U digital camera to eyepiece adapter and Scopetronix 28mm filter thread adapter.  Baader Planetarium AstroSolar Film was used in the front of a spotting scope's objective.  The scope was mounted on the Vixen Super Polaris Equatorial Mount equipped with a motor drive on the Right Ascension axis.  Animated Gif was created using Adobe Premiere.
